Common questions
How is this different from real user testing?
Real user testing requires recruiting, scheduling, and waiting days or weeks. PersonaIQ runs immediately — no waiting. It's not a replacement for deep qual research, but it catches obvious friction before real users see it.
How accurate are the AI personas?
Each persona has specific biases, goals, and frustration thresholds. They're designed to reliably surface friction points that a person with that profile would encounter — the CFO persona will always flag pricing uncertainty.
What kind of products can I test?
Any live URL — landing pages, web apps, onboarding flows, checkout funnels, dashboards. If it runs in a browser, PersonaIQ can test it.
How long does a test run take?
Most tests complete in under 10 minutes depending on the number of personas and complexity. You'll get a notification when results are ready.
Can I share results with my team?
Yes — the 10-persona and 20-persona tiers include a shareable results link. Anyone can view the full report without a PersonaIQ account.
Is my product data private?
PersonaIQ only accesses the URL you provide, just like a real user would. We don't store session data beyond your results report, and we never share your data.
